| Secured Courier Services |
All the parcels will be delivered via secured courier services only unless stated in the product description in case we need to use other delivery method. Please view the shipping charges as below and agreed accordingly. Postage and handling charges below 1 kilogram is $ 18.00 USD unless stated in the shipping and payment below.
For some products which is heavier than 1 kilogram, we need to increase the courier and handling that why is more than the charges. Postage and handling charges will increase $ 5.00 USD per kilogram. All parcels will only be couriered out after the full and correct payment is received and tracking number will be provided
for your reference.
We only send out parcels on business days from Monday to Friday except Public Holidays. Any order that have been receive on Friday will be proceed in the the next Monday. All parcels will only be delivered out after the full and correct payment is being received.
The delivery time are different from each country due to the different countries custom clearance policy. Please allow a time frame of at least 10 to 14 business days for the delivery to reach you after you have made your payment. Please inform us via e-mail immediately if you didn’t receive your parcel after 14 days from the date of your payment. We will assist you.
We holds no responsibility on any damages or loss of the items and parcels attributed to mishandling by the secured courier service company during delivery process. In case of any incident or dispute, buyer can always submit claims to the secured courier services. Always remember to keep the receipts from the secured courier services after you have received your handbags in order to avoid any future argument.
